The representatives at Morning Star Disability Advocates, Inc., are experienced and certified to handle SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) or SSI (Supplemental Security Income) claims from inception to completion. We identify with individuals who have potential eligibility for SSDI or SSI benefits, we develop an accurate record and serve as their representative while assisting them through the Social Security disability application processes.

Our goal is to provide you with reliable service, delivered by knowledgeable, courteous people, who create solutions based on your individual needs.

Prior to applying for benefits, we perform a free case assessment in order to determine a claimant's likelihood of winning a favorable award. We also provide assistance in the completion of documents on all adjudicative levels.  There is no fee for the initial consultation with our advocates. Generally, we represent claimants on a contingency-fee basis. This means that the claimant does not pay a representational fee unless they are successfully awarded benefits.
